Bolivar Teacher charged

44 year old Tania Dickey-Driskell is charged with attempted statutory rape, attempted endangering the welfare of a child by having sexual contact and stalking. The Polk county prosecutors office has filed 3 felony charges against the teacher in the Bolivar school district. Dickey-Driskell is charged with attempted statutory rape, attempted endangering the welfare of a child by having sexual contact and stalking. Dickey-Driskell is being held at the Polk County jail on $15,000 Bond. She was placed on administrative leave from the district. The district released a statement saying they were cooperating with authorities.
