Bolivar Police have a suspect in shooting death

The Bolivar Police Department has a suspect in custody, who allegedly shot and killed a man in Bolivar early Monday morning. 35 year old Joshua Phillips was found dead inside a home around 5:30..A man was later apprehended and jailed on suspicion of first degree murder. More details are expected to be released Tuesday.
