Body Recovered Following Lake Drowning

The body of a 21-year old Waterloo, Illinois man has been recovered from Lake of the Ozarks. Sean Jouglard exited his boat to go swimming Sunday night at around 6:10 and never resurfaced near the 20-mile marker of the main channel at the lake. His body recovered Monday afternoon, and he was pronounced deceased at 2:50 by Debra Ballard with the Camden County Medical Examiners Office.
