A person’s temperature will be 104 and above in more serious situations like a heatstroke, and they will lose consciousness.  Heatstroke is a medical emergency and you should try to get their body temperature down using water or ice packs at core areas like the armpit, and get them to the Emergency Room or call 9-1-1.
