It’s almost Summer and blood donation centers need your help. During the summertime, a great deal of people are in need of blood due to automotive and boat accidents happening more. Since people are traveling blood donations are going down. Executive Director with the American Red Cross Association Stacy Burks says the numbers have just been low.
