Bids to be opened for Civic Center improvements in April

Bids are coming in and staff is evaluating and checking references for businesses who want to take in the project of making repairs to the Cowan Civic Center, and for making improvements. City Administrator Mike Schumacher said the Civic Center needs a new roof, and foundation repair….

Schumacher said the bid opening for the main Civic Center project is coming soon….

Schumacher said they will open bids for the main project in April. Right after the Civic Center, Schumacher said they will begin on the new Public Safety Building.
