Beverly Reynolds (Camdenton)
Beverly Ann Reynolds, daughter of the late Theodore & Virginia (White) Meyer, was born on July 21, 1943. She departed this life on September 14, 2024, at the age of eighty-one years, one months and twenty-four days of age.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Sharon.
She is survived by her husband, David Reynolds; two daughters, Nicole & husband Robert Shelley and Carey & husband Christopher Kelly; three grandsons, Sam Shelley, Ben Shelley and Peter Shelley; and two granddaughters, Claire Kelly and Caroline Kelly. In her passing, Beverly leaves behind many friends and family who will all truly miss her.
Beverly was raised in Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri and would later graduate from Riverview Gardens High School. Following her high school graduation, on December 12, 1964, she was united in marriage to David Reynolds in Grace Lutheran Church, St. Louis, Missouri.
Throughout her working career, she devoted her life to caring for others. To ensure she was applying herself to the best of her ability to serve her community, she had a thorough education in healthcare. She obtained her associate degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Des Moines Area Community College, became certified by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and also obtained her American Nurses Association Certification as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse.
In her spare time, Beverly loved reading, so much so, she joined the Magnificent Seven Book Club. She also enjoyed playing bridge, cooking and was a Frank Sinatra fanatic.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
