Best Sapper Competition will get underway Saturday at Fort Leonard Wood

The 14th Annual Lieutenant General Robert B. Flowers Best Sapper Competition will get underway tomorrow at Fort Leonard Wood with events taking place through Tuesday, May 4th. 46 two-person teams have checked in to take part in the competition which tests knowledge, training, and endurance.

Five sapper teams from Fort Leonard Wood are among the competitors, as well as a two-women team from Georgia.
The community is offered live stream viewing opportunities on Facebook at 8 o’clock Monday morning of the X-Mile event and at 11 o’clock Tuesday morning of the awards ceremony.
