August was a big month for Covid cases in Laclede County

The Laclede County Health Department has had their hands full over the last few months with 173 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in-county residents. Unfortunately, they’ve also had their hands full combating the barrage of misinformation that is disseminated about the virus. Laclede County Health Department Head Nurse, Kim Smith, says make sure you are checking reputable sources for correct information………

The Health Department was not reporting any new cases for Friday, as of 5 p.m. Smith says the best protection is to wear a mask and make sure that you are washing your hands frequently.
