August 23rd arraignment is set for a Lebanon man who is charged with murder
An August 23rd arraignment is set for a Lebanon man who is charged with murder. 61-year-old Mark D. Tampow was arrested on Friday night, after police were called to his residence in the 500 block of Polk Street, and found 53-year-old Brenda Rogers dead from a gunshot wound. During questioning, Tampow first told officers that he dropped the gun causing it to fire and strike his girlfriend, in the head. Further investigation led Detectives to believe that was a false statement. Mark Tampow is facing charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He is currently free on bond.
