ATV Accident Sunday In Miller County Injures Two

Two men were injured in an ATV accident Sunday night at 9 o’ clock on Elm Springs road, south of Bray’s Church Road, east of Iberia.
The highway patrol says 56-year-old James A. Brumgard, Junior, of Luebbering, was driving a 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 and attempted to make a left turn. The ATV overturned and ejected both Brumgard and a passenger, 26-year-old Dustin J. Hurst of Iberia. Hurst received minor injuries, but Brumgard was injured seriously and had to be transported by M-U Air to University Hospital in Columbia to receive treatment.
