ATV accident in Miller County results in a fatality

An ATV wreck in Miller County killed a man early this morning. According to the Highway Patrol report, 35-year old Kevin Eckstein was traveling on Eugene Road at Shepherd Street at around 3 am when the ATV ran off the road, hit a mailbox and overturned. Eckstein was reportedly not wearing a helmet and died at the scene.
