A Colorado man who attacked his father in law at his home in Lebanon has pleaded not guilty in Laclede County Court. Lebanon Police Officers responded to the 26-hundred block of Ozark Drive on May 27th, for a disturbance. According to the report, 33-year-old Cody Esther from Centennial Colorado went to the home of his inlaws where his wife was staying and began yelling at her. It was reported that the yelling woke a family member, and when he told Esther to quit yelling at his family, he punched him, and then shoved him down and began choking him. Esther is also accused of shoving his mother-in-law down while she was holding his child. Esther is charged with domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He is currently free on fond with a preliminary hearing set in Laclede County for July 22nd.
