An incident on Sunday in the Sleeper area has led to a felony charge against a Lebanon man. According to the report filed by the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Noah Blackwell of Lebanon drove to a property in the 29-thousand block of Highway F and parked behind the victim. Blackwell claimed that one of the victim’s friends had called his girlfriend a name. While the two were arguing, Blackwell grabbed an empty beer bottle from his pocket and hit the victim in the head, injuring him. Noah Blackwell is charged with felony assault with a bond of $25-hundred-dollars cash or surety. His next hearing is set for Wednesday.
