A Waynesville man who is facing trial on charges related to an assault and armed criminal action in Pulaski County, from an incident in October, is now facing charges in Camden County. 35 year old John Ross Minx is charged with domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon from an incident that happened in January 2016 in Roach. According to the statement filed with the Camden County Prosecutor, Minx allegedly attacked the victim at a home on Warbonnet Road, throwing logs of firewood, punching and later threatening to kill the victim with a knife. During the same incident Minx allegedly kicked holes in the wall of the home, and threw multiple items inside the home. Minx is scheduled to stand trial in January in Pulaski County. A warrant was issued for his arrest on the Camden County charges on Wednesday.
