Assault and Trespassing filed against Lebanon man
A Lebanon man is charged with assault and trespassing after an incident on December 9th. Police responded to the residence and found a subject laying on the ground and a man screaming at several other people at the scene. the Officer was told that Keagan Tyler Lagrassa went into the house without permission, because he wanted to see his child. The resident arrived to find Lagrassa upset and holding a knife. The resident then said that Lagrassa grabbed her and threw her into a wall making a hold in the sheet rock. She said ran out of the house and got into her car after which he started punching the car windows. Another person then got involved and hit Lagrassa with a board, after which he was thrown to the ground. Ems was called to the scene and the second person was transported to the hospital for treatment. Lagrassa was jailed in Laclede County without bond and pleaded not guilty in arraignment.
