As the City of Lebanon prepares to open the new Public Safety Building on Ivey Lane, traffic flow will change beginning Thursday. According to the City, the intersection of Beck and Ivey Lane will transition to a 4 way stop, in preparation for the opening of the fire station. The street department will place a barrel-type four-way stop in the intersection for the first four weeks to help drivers adjust to the change.
