Twenty-fifth Judicial Circuit Presiding Judge Bill Hickle, Monday, issued Administrative Order 2020-27 progressing the circuit to Phase three. As of Today, Court Houses in Pulaski, Phelps, Texas County, and Maries County, are open and holding court. The social distancing of at least six feet shall are to be practiced in all courtrooms, and other areas in the court facility.
Face masks or coverings shall be required in all courtrooms, jury assembly rooms, and all judicial offices except when an individual is alone in a private office.
