Arrest on Krudwig Avenue

A call about a man who was breaking things and making threats on Monday night ended with the arrest of 38-year-old Robert Lively. According to Lebanon Police they responded to the 500-block of Krudwig Avenue and spoke with the resident. The victim reported that Lively was possibly using a controlled substance and had been drinking, and was threatening to kill her. According to the report, as officers were attempting to speak with Lively he was hostile and refused to comply and answer questions. When he was taken into custody officers searched Lively and found multiple items used for the consumption of a controlled substance and a plastic bag that contained a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Lively was transported to an area hospital for evaluation. He is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $ 5 thousand surety or cash.
