A Camdenton man is facing charges following his arrest on April 9th. A Camden County Deputy who was on patrol in the area of Climax Springs reported that he noticed a man standing on Dodds Camp Road, who had active warrants for his arrest. The officer took 36-year-old Cody Mitchell into custody and allegedly found him in possession of a pouch that contained a plastic bag that held a little over 1.7 ounces of methamphetamine, 15 new plastic bags, and a straw that contained methamphetamine residue. In addition to the active warrants, Mitchell is charged with the delivery of a controlled substance and is being held without bond.
