The United States Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear School at Fort Leonard Wood will host a change-of-responsibility ceremony at 9 a.m. on Friday in Lincoln Hall Auditorium. During the ceremony, Command Sergeant Major Christopher Williams will transfer responsibilities of the regiment to Command Sergeant Major Raymond Quitugua Jr.
Williams is retiring after 33 years of honorable and faithful service to the U.S. Army. Quitugua comes to Fort Leonard Wood from Fort Rucker, Alabama, where he was the Garrison Command Sergeant Major.
