An accident involving a 1997 Harley Davidson Roadking and a 2008 Massey Ferguson 1560 Farm Tractor Sunday morning resulted in minor injuries for the motorcyclist.
Injured was 54-year-old Bill R. Crouse of Plummer, Idaho, who was taken for treatment to the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital at Fort Leonard Wood.
The highway patrol says Crouse attempted to pass the farm tractor, driven by 57-year-old Jeffrey R. Davenport of Iberia, as the tractor was making a left turn. Crouse’s Harley Davidson struck the left rear tire of the tractor, traveled of the roadway, and ejected its driver. The accident occurred at 9:04 Sunday morning on Highway 17, a half-mile south of Route C in Miller County.
