American Red Cross Volunteers Respond to multiple disaster locations

Wildfires in the West, flooding in the Midwest, and tropical storms to the East have prompted the deployment of Red Cross Volunteers from across the state of Missouri and Arkansas. Southern Missouri Red Cross Director Stacy Burks said the Red Cross volunteers will be assisting those impacted by the disasters..

Burks said the Red Cross still has a great need for volunteers…..

Red Cross Volunteers are required to train prior to any deployment, and Burks said they have a virtual volunteer fair coming up and you can find out more at RedCross.org. Burks said if you don’t have time to volunteer, but would like to be involved, you can make a monetary donation to the Red Cross.
