Ameren Missouri files adjustment request with the Missouri Public Service Commission

Union Electric Company as Ameren Missouri has filed a request with the Missouri Public Service Commission which would increase the electric bills of their customers. Ameren Missouri is asking to adjust the fuel adjustment clause charge on the bills of its electric customers. Ameren Missouri made two filings. In one case Ameren Missouri proposes to adjust the fuel adjustment charge to reflect changes in its fuel and purchased power costs, net off- system sales revenues and associated transportation from October 2023 to January 2024. The other request is Ameren’s true up filing . The impact to the customer which uses one thousand twenty one kilowatt hours of electricity is an additional $1.49 per month which would take effect on June first. Applications to intervene and participate in these cases must be filed no later than April 22nd, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission.
