Ameren gives funds to Community Foundation to provide relief to non profits

The Community Foundation of the Lake is receiving grant funds from a major gift from Ameren Corporation. Through the Lake Area COVID-19 Relief Fund powered by AmerenCares, a total of $48-thousand-dollars is available, which CFL President Amy Hernandez says will provide grants to non-profit agencies…

The grants to agencies in Camden, Miller, and Morgan County will be capped at $10-thousand-dollars. The grant applications are available at cfozarks.org.
A second grant program totaling $63-thousand will be available to agencies based in Benton, Cape Girardeau, Gasconade, and Howell counties. Applications are due by November 15th, and the grant recipients will be announced in early January.
