Allen loft project still on track in Lebanon

The Capstone Development Group who is behind the Allen Loft project in refurbishing the downtown Lebanon old former Rice-Stix factory, and H.D. Lee Building that is on the National Register of Historic Places is still on track. The Missouri Department of Economic Development has approved tax credits, for that, the project has received approval from the National Parks Service and the Missouri State Historic Preservation back in April of this year. Thompson says, there is no date yet when construction will start on the renovation project.
