Tragedy struck in Historic Downtown Lebanon, Missouri, as the Allen Building—an iconic part of our city’s history—was destroyed in a devastating fire late Sunday, October 20th, 2024, into the early hours of October 21st. This building was home to important pieces of our community’s heritage, including the HD Lee plant and Rice-Stix. The Lebanon Fire Department has been tirelessly working on the scene since Sunday night to contain the fire.
