Allen Building construction project in downtown Lebanon

The old H.D. Lee building in downtown Lebanon, as it’s called now the Allen Building, is seeing some activity since the Capstone Development has purchased the building. Brian Thompson with Lebanon REDI says Capstone Development is having to jump through hurdles to get the renovation underway:
