Alleged Drug dealer arrested in Rolla

A long-term narcotics investigation in Phelps County has led to the seizure of illicit drugs. The investigation led to a search in the 11-hundred block of Elliot Drive in Rolla. During the search, officers seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, and illicit prescription pills. 44-year-old Brandon M. Deluca of Rolla, was arrested for 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 1 count of delivery of a controlled substance. He also had a warrant for his arrest for non-support. His bond was set at $ 250 thousand cash or surety. 35 year old Jessica M. Inman of Rolla, was also arrested at the residence on a Phelps County Warrant for being a Parole Absconder. According to Phelps County, the arrests took place less than a thousand feet from an elementary school.
