All roads in Missouri this morning are reported to be snow and ice-covered, except for the northwest corner of the state north of St. Joseph. The Missouri Department of Transportation and the Missouri Highway Patrol is asking motorists not to travel today except where absolutely essential. I-44 is snow and ice-covered in the state from the Oklahoma border into Illinois.
According to SNAIR, All roads on Fort Leonard Wood are snow-packed and designated condition red for extremely hazardous traveling. Safe driving should be limited to ten to fifteen miles per hour.
