All Bets Are Off For Missouri Sports Betting

No deal on sports betting. The Missouri Legislature’s session has ended without passing a bill that would legalize sports wagering. Senate President Pro Tem Caleb Rowden points the finger at fellow Republican Senator Denny Hoskins for wanting to include the regulation of video slot machines.

St. Louis Cardinals President Bill DeWitt the Third has said he is thinking about organizing a referendum to ask Missouri voters in 2024 to back the legalization of sports betting.
