A Lebanon man is facing felony charges after allegedly breaking out the window of a vehicle and stealing from it. Lebanon Police responded to the 300 block of South Washington on Saturday for a report of property damage. The owner of the damaged vehicle told police that he came out of his apartment to find the back window busted out of his car, and that it had been gone through. Missing from the vehicle was a set of speakers and an amp. After identifying a possible suspect, officers located him at Walmart. 25 year old Christopher Rodden was being pursued by police at the business for shoplifting. Rodden was taken into custody and charged with felony property damage, with intent to steal. The stolen property was recovered.
