A Marshfield man accused of killing his wife and hiding her body in a freezer will be back in court today. 58 year old Larry Allen Dinwiddie is scheduled to appear for a pretrial conference today, ahead of his November 29th trial. Dinwiddie was arrested 4 years after his wife Cynthia Dinwiddie went missing. Dinwiddie was arrested in 2019 after the body of his wife Cynthia Dinwiddie was found in a freezer that had been in storage since 2015. Dinwiddie, a former truck driver, is accused of hitting the victim in the face with a hammer and strangling her during a domestic assault, killing her. He is accused of then putting her body in a freezer, to hide the crime. The freezer was in storage when an employee opened it and found the body. Dinwiddie will stand trial for second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and abandonment of a corpse.
