Accident near Marshfield results in injuries to two Lebanon men

Two Lebanon men suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident on I-44 in Marshfield Monday morning. An S.U.V. driven by 59-year-old Larry W. Arnold ran off the right side of the road, struck a reflective post, Arnold then overcorrected, returned to the roadway, traveled off the right side of the interstate, and struck a rock bluff. Arnold and a passenger, 33-year-old Steven P. Phares were transported to Springfield Hospitals, they were not wearing seat belts.
