A man from Texas County is facing numerous charges after an incident on January 25th. Texas County Deputies were called to a residence on Timberhill Road in the Raymondville area for a burglary call. During their investigation, the victim showed officers video surveillance footage of the suspect. The Texas County Sheriff’s Office posted the picture of the suspect on social media seeking assistance from the public in identifying the man. Several tips came in, and on February 1st a member of the public reported seeing the man walking in the area of Highway B and Morton Road. Deputies responded to that area and made contact with the man. He was identified as 41-year-old, Jeremiah Moser. After speaking with Moser, deputies determined there was probable cause to arrest him. Moser was found to have stolen property linked to another burglary in Dent County. Texas County Prosecutor, Parke Stevens, has charged Moser with Burglary, Stealing, and Receiving Stolen Property. He is in the Texas County Jail with a 25-hundred dollar cash-only bond.
