A homeless man–Francisco Hernandez–has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville

A homeless man–Francisco Hernandez–has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a class D felony charge of stealing by deceit.
Court documents allege that on March 25th, he appropriated at least 750 dollars in currency by representing himself to another person as a manager of Walmart and that he would be able to purchase electronics at a substantially discounted rate. Hernandez on Wednesday entered a not-guilty plea. Judge Colin Long ordered him to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on April 2nd and a preliminary hearing on April 22nd.
