A Fort Leonard Wood motorist and his one-year-old sister received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident

A Fort Leonard Wood motorist and his one-year-old sister received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 11:25 Tuesday morning in Millier County. The highway patrol says 19-year-old Dylan D. Eyre was driving a 1996 Saturn SL on U-highway near Route Double-E when he failed to negotiate a curve. His car ran off the roadway, struck two Modot signs, and overturned.
Both Eyre and the one-year-old were taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach for treatment of their minor injuries.
