A code change would allow for smaller houses in Lebanon

The first reading of a bill to revise Chapter 48 of the zoning code was approved by City Council. The zoning ordinance was last updated in 1996. Code Administrator Joe Berkich said they have added 3 new zoning districts, including the Downtown Business District ….
Another change was the allowance of only 6 game machines in a C-1 District, and the code related to fences was also updated. According to staff the zoning ordinance update will help the community with new development.
