Laclede County continues to see an alarming increase in the amount of COVID cases across the county. 81 new cases were identified on Monday, and Laclede County currently has more active cases than at any other time during the pandemic. The Lebanon R-3 School District currently has 36 active cases of COVID in students and staff, with 258 people under quarantine. That is 5.6 percent of the district’s population. The district is approaching 200 cases in students and staff this school year. Across the state, 2,658 cases were reported on Monday, and the number of dead is just under 4,200.
