Pulaski County Shelter
When a storm hits a county hard they could be without a place to go if they lose power. The recent storms hit Pulaski County hard, and the Red Cross disaster team was there to help by opening up a shelter. The Pulaski County Shelter located at the Arc Community and Sports Center off highway 17 in Waynesville. Executive Director of the central and northern chapter of the Missouri Red Cross Rebecca Gordan says that the storm was so severe they decided to open the shelter to help residents in Pulaski County.
Gordan says the shelter is new.
Gordan says if you do need to go to the shelter there are some things you should bring with you.

The Red Cross disaster team couldn’t do what they do without the generous donations from the community.
