Free meals are being served to children at about one-thousand locations in Missouri this summer

Free meals are being served to children at about one-thousand locations in Missouri this summer. Community organizations serve the meals at schools, churches, parks, swimming pools, and other spots. Tanya Harvey, Missouri’s Summer Food Service Program manager, says the effort is designed to provide breakfast, lunch, suppers, and/or snacks to children living in eligible areas.

The meals are also available to people with a disability who are aged 18 to 21 and are enrolled in an educational program. To see an online interactive map of where the free meals are being served this summer, go to http://www.Missourinet.com
