Storm Water management and Fiber

As the City of Lebanon continues efforts to manage stormwater run off, especially in areas that affect safe travel in the city, Lebanon Public Works is going to utilize funds made available through ARPA Grants and DNR. The grant is $283,752, with the City paying a match of $76,564, to include the engineering cost for West Bland and Montrose stormwater improvements. In other business, Lebanon City Council was asked to approve an agreement with Socket Telecom for use of city property on Maple Lane.

The lease with Socket Telecom is for 10 years at $100 per year, with an option to lease for another 10 years. Additionally they have a right of first refusal if the city decides to sell the property.
