23-year-old Matthew Morris of Richland has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of resisting arrest. Court documents allege that on May 20th, Morris fled from officers who were attempting to make an arrest on a previously issued felony warrant. Morris pleaded not guilty to the charge of resisting arrest. Judge Colin Long has ordered Morris to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on June 20th and a preliminary hearing on July 10th.
