Joel E Barber Grants and Pay raises

In Laclede County when you go to the License Bureau Office and renew your license, a part of the money you pay helps support education. During Thursday’s Board of Education meeting, The Lebanon Education Foundation was recognized for the grants awarded to school teachers.
