Democrats held up voting on a controversial transgender bill heading into the legislative spring break that would charge doctors and health care providers with child abuse for ‘coercing’ anyone under 18-years-old to undergo a gender transition. Sen. Mike Moon says the aim of the bill is to protect kids. The Missouri Senate convenes this evening at 4:00 p.m.
