Additional Child Sex Abuse Charges Against Kincheloe

A 44-year-old Lebanon is facing more charges related to child sex crimes. Thomas Kincheloe is facing new charges of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy with a person younger than 12 years old, second-degree child molestation, and third-degree child molestation in three new separate cases.

Kincheloe was charged in December of last year with three counts of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy – deviate sexual intercourse – person less than 12 years old, and one count of second-degree child molestation of a child less than 12 years old.

The incidents reportedly occurred at a home where Kincheloe’s wife was operating a small childcare service. Authorities say Kincheloe said the events happened when his wife would go shopping. Kincheloe is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
