Camdenton High School Principal attacked by student
A 16-year-old Camdenton R-3 Student was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center after allegedly attacking a school Principal on Tuesday. According to Camdenton Police, the Principal was escorting the 16-year-old to the commons area, after being found in a hallway where he wasn’t supposed to be. While he was being escorted by the Principal the student allegedly shoved the High School Principal in the back and then began hitting with a closed fist about the head and face multiple times. Another student saw what was happening, grabbed the student and pulled him off the principal, and restrained him until other staff members arrived and got him under control. School Resource Officers took the teen into custody and transported him to the Juvenile Justice Center.
