39 sent to Missouri Department of Corrections from Pulaski County Circuit Court
(Waynesville)–Recent Pulaski County Circuit Court proceedings resulted in 39 offenders being sent to the Department of Corrections.
Larry Whittenburg of Richland entered a guilty plea to child molestation in the fourth degree, statutory rape in the second degree, and possession of child pornography. Judge John Beger sentenced Whittenburg to a total of 18 years in the Department of Corrections. Ciera Hardcastle of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Hardcastle to a total of 14 years of prison time. Dalton Click of Richland entered a guilty plea to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Hickle to a total of 6 years in the Department of Corrections. Austin Simmons of Lebanon entered a guilty plea to assault in the third degree. Judge Hickle sentenced Simmons to two years in the Department of Corrections. Laquan Witty of St. Robert entered a guilty plea to sexual misconduct with a child. Judge John Beger sentenced Witty to four years in the Department of Corrections. Christopher Belcher of Raymondville entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Bill Hickle to three years in the D-O-C.
Andrew Winters of Copperas Cove, Texas, entered guilty pleas to domestic assault in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon. Judge Beger sentenced Winters to a total of 11 years of prison time and Kyle Roesner of Newberg entered a guilty plea to a burglary in the first degree. Judge Beger sentenced him to ten years in the Department of Corrections.
