Missouri’s governor says there have been issues with the COVID vaccine distribution process. Governor Mike Parson tells Capitol reporters his administration will vaccinate the most vulnerable and those 65 and older first:

The state health director says there have been instances where vaccinators did NOT follow proper guidelines, but he’s not saying where. Health director Dr. Randall Williams emphasizes that future distribution of the vaccine is based on following the rules. Governor Parson is also criticizing House Democratic Leader Crystal Quade for getting a COVID shot last week in Jefferson City, saying she cut in line.
