30-Year-Old Lebanon Man Facing Charges

A 30-year-old Lebanon man was taken into custody over the weekend. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that Tyler A. Owen is facing charges of Felony resisting arrest, felony leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, Driving While Intoxicated, and exceeding the posted speed. Owen was placed on a 24-hour hold following the Saturday night incident.
